Dr. Robert J. Cipriano Jr. is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience serving the South Florida community. He is licensed in Florida, California, and North Carolina, and is board certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). His clinical practice emphasizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused care, including EMDR. Dr. Cipriano has extensive experience working in law enforcement departments, trauma hospitals, inpatient behavioral health settings, and providing intervention, consultative, and operational based services for law enforcement and healthcare professionals. He is an experienced consultant in police and public safety psychology and has authored and co-authored multiple publications in the public safety and healthcare fields.

Katherine Cipriano, LCSW, is a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care across a variety of settings. She is highly skilled at connecting with clients, building trust, and creating a collaborative environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Katherine’s clinical approach integrates multiple evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to support emotional regulation, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to facilitate trauma recovery and resilience. She has worked extensively with veterans and individuals facing high-stress or trauma-related challenges, helping them navigate difficult experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve lasting personal growth.
